The woodwind ensemble and school choir were delighted to perform live at the Oldham Rotary Carol Concert on Saturday evening. Both groups performed superbly and enjoyed a fabulous evening. We were delighted to be able to help raise funds for Maggie’s Oldham by taking part at this event.
The School Choir performed superbly at many events across Oldham during the Christmas period. Performances include :

The Rotary Carol Service held at St James Church
As well as a fantastic opportunity to perform at the Oldham Music Carol Concert alongside other school choirs with one of our pupils taking the lead solo.
Pupils in our school band entertained parents, friends and the community at a Christmas, Cake and Carols event.
Once again St. Mary’s pupils performed superbly at the Oldham Music Festival. All groups received high praise form the adjudicator and showcased their talents as musicians.

St. Mary’s Choir performed beautifully at St. James Church, Huddersfield Rd Oldham. The concert was organised by Oldham Rotary Club and was to raise money for The Christie at Oldham.
Not only did our pupils represent the school well, sang beautifully they also helped to raise £608 for this very worthy charity.
St Mary’s pupils took part in a Musical Evening in aid of St. Mary’s Church link charity: Oldham Foodbank. All pupils performed superbly and helped to raise over £600 for the charity.
